Q: Where is my email receipt?

A: Please keep in mind email confirmation may not be instantaneous - a few minutes may pass between making an online booking and receiving your confirmation email.

You may not have received an email if your email address was entered incorrectly.

If you have not received an email confirmation within 30 minutes of making your booking, please use the Check Booking function on our website on your browser to check your booking status.


Please also check your junk box folder in case the email was delivered there.


After checking the tickets online, you can still collect your confirmed tickets, with the contact number used during booking, at the box office.
