You will be able to retrieve your booking details if your completed the payment and booking process fully. 

Incomplete or failed transactions will not show any details.


Please use the 'Check Booking' feature on our website. 


Please use 

  1. Booking Reference, or
  2. your email address, or
  3. contact number used during booking 

to check your booking history.


If for some reason, you did not receive your email receipt but still found your booking in our system, you can proceed to the kiosks or box office with your mobile number to collect your tickets before the movie.
